Custom engraved orders take 2-3 business days depending on quantity and how many orders we have processing that week plus normal shipping time via our designated courier.Rest Assured ;we are always working round the clock to get your product delivered to you ASAP.

All orders shipping within the India will be shipped by our designated courier and on average take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please contact us  if your shipment does not arrive within this time frame.

Accidents happen upon shipping and delivery on occasion and we are happy to help when this occurs. Please e-mail us at sales@thebocollective.com and let us know how it was damaged as well as send some photos of the damaged product for our records. We will get you our a new product as quickly as possible.
